Collection: Liat Greenberg

Liat Greenberg is a fashion designer and artist born in 1990 and currently based in Stockholm, Sweden. For Liat, creativity is essential—it’s both her profession and her primary mode of expression, infusing every aspect of her daily life.

Liat's paintings emerge spontaneously, guided by her emotions and inner reflections, as colors and shapes transform into visual expressions. Painting and drawing have become a form of meditation for her—a non-verbal, unconscious process that allows her to express thoughts and feelings that words cannot convey. 

She is drawn to capturing the sensuality of the natural world and aim to move beyond conventional forms, embracing abstraction as a way to explore the essence of her subjects. Over the years, Liat has noticed that her work has become more playful and naïve, particularly in my use of color and choice of subjects. Floral themes, still-life fruits, and abstract landscapes are at the heart of her compositions.

With a background in fashion design and experience exhibiting her work in galleries, Liat is grateful for the opportunities to share my art with others. She hopes her paintings evoke emotions in the viewer similar to those she experiences while creating them. Art helps her see familiar shapes and forms in a new light. Everything is around us; sometimes, we just need to feel something different when we see it.
