Collection: Artist in Residence: Jasmyn Fraser

The talented Jasmyn Fraser is our Artist in Residence for September at Domenica Marland. Based in East Sussex, she creates painted gardens, keeping flowers in bloom all year round. From her studio in Sussex, she makes intricately painted images of flowers and foliage foraged from the natural environment around her.

Her paintings celebrate the vibrant colours and delicate textures found in nature, harking back to the Dutch Masters. Each piece is a curation of flora and foliage, brought to life with rich oils and a plethora of pigments — a body of work that feels right at home hanging together, framed and ribbon-hung, as part of our September collection.
